3. Condition Requirements for Returned Items
All returned items must be:

In their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Returned with all original components, such as tags, labels, and accessories.
Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
4. Refund Processing Time and Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
If a return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
5. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
