Itineraries
The Travel Gameplan
Don’t get me wrong, LOVE a chill and relaxed vacay but even the most laidback oasis has an itinerary…yes, even if it just consists of sun bathing, mai tais, and filets.
You just gotta peel back the first layer of sunburn and…sorry, gross analogy was tryna stick to the beach theme.
Point is - what hotel you stayed at, beach you kicked back at, restaurants you feasted at, are all key elements to a good (and even bad) adventure so that’s what we look to provide with our itineraries!

Travel Trifecta
The 3 Keys to the Perfect Itinerary
-
PLAN PLAN PLAN!
Planning is the backbone of a great trip, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. A well-thought-out itinerary helps maximize time, allowing travelers to see key attractions without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. It also reduces stress by accounting for logistics like transportation, accommodations, and reservations, preventing last-minute hassles.
Additionally, researching ahead of time uncovers hidden gems, local dining spots, and cultural experiences that might otherwise be missed. Thoughtful planning strikes the perfect balance between structure and adventure, turning a good trip into an unforgettable one.
-
Balance is essential for a great trip because it ensures you make the most of your time without feeling overwhelmed or exhausted. An itinerary packed with nonstop activities can lead to burnout, while too much downtime may leave you feeling like you missed out.
The key is to blend must-see attractions with moments of relaxation, allowing time to soak in the experience rather than rushing from place to place.
A mix of adventure, culture, and leisure creates a well-rounded trip, catering to both excitement and rest. A balanced trip keeps you energized, engaged, and truly present, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination.
-
Flexibility is key to a great trip because no matter how well you plan, unexpected changes are bound to happen. Weather, transportation delays, or sudden closures can disrupt even the most carefully crafted itinerary. Being adaptable allows you to embrace changes with a positive mindset, turning potential setbacks into new opportunities—like discovering a hidden café when your original lunch spot is closed or stumbling upon a local festival you didn’t plan for.
Flexibility also leaves room for spontaneity, giving you the freedom to linger in places you love or follow recommendations from locals. A rigid schedule can feel stressful, but an open approach ensures you enjoy the journey, no matter what surprises come your way.
The trick is to plan time for spontaneity - leave a few hours open to let the trip take you where you need to go!
