A well-designed airport is your gateway to a different life experience, a place where anticipation buzzes in the air, and every terminal feels like the threshold to a new world. The scent of fresh coffee mingles with the chatter of excited travelers, and the hum of rolling suitcases sets the rhythm of endless possibilities.
But when an airport misses the mark, it becomes a maze of frustration—fluorescent lights flicker over weary faces, lines stretch endlessly, and the air feels thick with stress, turning what should be the start of a journey into a test of sanity.

The airport is then rated out of 10 clouds. Clouds because we needed something more on-brand than stars and clouds fit the mold. No individual can provide a half cloud rating, but overall rating is based on the average score of Wyatt & Chantel which can sometimes result in a half cloud.
