RUNWAY REPORT
Airports are the coolest places on earth when done right. A well-designed airport is your gateway to a different life experience, a place where anticipation buzzes in the air, and every terminal feels like the threshold to a new world. The scent of fresh coffee mingles with the chatter of excited travelers, and the hum of rolling suitcases sets the rhythm of endless possibilities.
But when an airport misses the mark, it becomes a maze of frustration—fluorescent lights flicker over weary faces, lines stretch endlessly, and the air feels thick with stress, turning what should be the start of a journey into a test of sanity.
We evaluate all airports on the 5 most important features
Layout
Efficiency
Food
Stores
Vibes
The airport is then rated out of 10 clouds. Clouds because we needed something more on-brand than stars and clouds fit the mold. No individual can provide a half cloud rating, but overall rating is based on the average score of Wyatt & Chantel which can sometimes result in a half cloud.
We only score airports that we’ve visited since creation of The Bag Tag

AMS - Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
Flying through Amsterdam Schiphol Airport? Buckle up, because we’ve got the full breakdown on this massive European hub. From its sprawling layout to its unexpected food scene, here’s how Schiphol stacks up in five key categories: Layout, Efficiency, Food, Shops, and Vibe.

SEU - SERENGETI, SERONERA AIRSTRIP
If you've ever wondered what it's like to take off and land in the middle of the Serengeti, Seronera Airstrip (SEU) is your answer. Major emphasis on Airstrip over airport!!! This is not your typical airport experience. It’s more of a "safari pit stop" than "international hub." If you’re flying through here, you’re in for a once in a lifetime experience and we’re not talking about the safari! Let’s break it down by Layout, Efficiency, Food, Shops, and Vibe.

KOA - Kona International Airport
You’d almost forget you were at an airport if it weren’t for everyone wheeling around luggage…well and, of course, the airplanes that are just a mere hundred feet away from you! Kona is easily the most chill and un-airport like airport I’ve been too.
